Just when we start thinking, “Wow, people are reading our blog,” we realize that in addition to the six people who actually read our blog, there is at least one more who should. Or, at least, we wish they would.

No, of course not, or you wouldn’t have spammed twitter with such abandon.

There are tons of those messages. All exactly alike. The rudest part is, not only are they spamming twitter, they aren’t even following the people they’re sending those messages to.
If enough people start to use a program like ReTwtr to forward their message, regardless of the value of the tweet, retweeting will have no value, and will become spam. The real users will stop retweeting, and will find some other way to spread the love, leaving people like ReTwtr, and their fans, out in the cold.
